摘要
本文简要地介绍了环氧树脂的燃烧及阻燃机理,着重讨论了自熄性环氧玻璃布层压板用胶粘剂的配方,通过一系列研究确定了胶粘剂的最佳配方,用此配方试制的自熄性层压板性能达到了国外FR-4同类产品技术标准.应用红外光谱、热失重和差热分析等测试技术对环氧体系的固化反应和热稳定性进行了探讨.
This paper briefly introduces the combustion and flameretardant mechanism of epoxy resins, and puts special stress on diseussing the formulation of adhesive used for self-extinguishing glass cloth of epoxy laminates. Through a series of researches the best fomulation of adhesive is determined and laminate is trialproduced. Experimeriments show that this kind of laminates have reached the technical standards of FR-4 similar prouducts. The curing process and thermal stability of epoxy system was stuied by IR. TGA and DTA etc as well.
