石油城市规划建设初探

A Primary Study on the Problem of Oilfield City Planning and Construction

文章针对以往建成的较为分散的石油生产、生活基地已不能适应石油工业形势发展的需要,探讨了新型的石油城市的规划、建设问题,指出了新型的石油城市建设是石油工业发展的必然趋势,石油城市具有一般城市的基本条件,但也有其特殊性。文章着重阐述了石油城市的特性,石油城市的基础设施和石油城市人口规模的预测及规划基本原则等。

With development of the petrol. eum industry, the, construction of a new type of oilfield city instead of the traditional oil and gas field characterized by dispersive production and living base becomes an urgent necessity. Besides the common characteristics a city has. an oilfield city has its own particularities. So it is of actual significance to study the problem of planning and constructing the oilfield city. This paper presents a special study of the characteristics, basic facilities, forecast of population of as well as the principle of planning of the oilfield city.
