Talking about Having Both Ability and Political Integrity of the Leading Cadre in the Higher School

“德才兼备”是高校干部的使用标准 ,也是高校干部的追求目标。本文从德才的关系 ;德与个性的联系 ;德与才升华的条件等方面加以阐述。

Having both ability and political integrity is the using standard and the seeing goal for the cadres of the higher school. This paper states these aspects from the relation between the ability and political integrity, the connection between the political integrity and character as well as the sublimating condition about having both ability and political integrity. The paper also points out that the leading cadre of the higher school must be an all-round person of having both ability and political integrity.
