摘要
本文从完善馆长负责制、建立岗位责任制、推行全员聘任制、实行绩效工资制等四个方面 ,探讨了合并高校图书馆的人事管理制度改革 ,从而转换图书馆人事管理的内部运行机制 ,极大地提高图书馆工作人员的积极性和创造性 ,增强办馆活力 ,提高办馆效益和水平 。
The reform of personnel system is a complicated and systemized project. After libraries of Colleges and Universities have been incorporated. The author explains the importance of the reform of personnel system and puts forwards some reform measures to raise the vigor, benefit and level of libraries running, and to push forwards the reform onto the right track.
