A Preliminary Conception of Instituting Environmental Technology Verification System

从我国环境技术的发展和当前推广工作的现状出发,指出市场经济条件下,在我国建立环境技术认证制度的目的和意义,并具体提出建立和完善环境技术认证制度的构想,分析了环境技术认证制度的优点。

This paper begins with the development and the current situations of diffusion of environmental technologies in China, and then points out the goals and purposes of instituting Environmental Technology Verification System. A preliminary conception of insti-tuting and perfecting Environmental Technology Verification System is put forward, including the use of third-party verification, the requirements, the costs, the processes and the results of the verification, the method of pilot study and the way to choose the pilot projects. The advantages of the Environmental Technology Verification System are also analyzed in the paper.
