摘要
本文对 SR—20型 PC 在一台八工位组合机床控制系统中的应用实例进行设计分析。采用鼓形控制器逻辑功能的优点、建立梯形图,提出控制系统的标准化典型化设计及提高系统工作稳定性的方法和措施。
In this paper,design and analysis are made about the applying of SR- 20 programmable controller in the control system of a 8-machining-units combined machine tool.By analyzing the advantages of employing the drum controller logic functions,the trapeze diagrams are established.Finally, the standardized and typical design for control systems are put forward so as to enhance the working stability.
