“学科”原是教育的一个概念,福科揭示了“学科”包含的“规训”与“权力”的实质,使其成为批判现代知识生产体系的话语工具。鉴于我国刑事学科的现状,提出应对“刑事一体化”思想持谨慎态度,以避免强化“刑法本位主义”,抹杀其他刑事学科的独立价值。

Discipline' is originally a conception in Education.Foucault reveals the essence of 'discipline':ad-monishing and power,which is used to criticise production system of modem knowledge.In view of our present situation in Criminology.The author advocates that we should keep an watchful eye at idea of 'criminology inte-gration' so as strengthen 'the selfish departmentlism of the criminal law' and deny the independent value of the other criminal disciplines.
