摘要
本文证实肾上腺素自氧化过程的325nm 吸收峰远比480nm 吸收峰高和稳定,并用 SOD 标准品和人红细胞样品建立了 SOD 活性肾上腺素自氧化紫外分光测定法(A_(325))。本方法简便、快速,比用480nm 的方法更为灵敏,并有良好的定量性和重复性。
This report demonstrates that the 325 nm absorptive peak during epinephrine autoxidation is much higher and more stable than the 480nm peak.The UV-sp- ectrophotometry at 325nm for SOD activity is established by this study using standard SOD and samples of human erythrocyte.This method is simple,conv- enient and fast,more sensitive than the method measured at 480nm,and prov- es to be highly quantitative and reproducible.
