摘要
研究了企业规模对技术创新的正负效应，提出了不同规模企业的技术创新的机会成本和风险收益决策原理，实证归纳了产品创新中的规模效果递减性和过程创新的规模效果递增性。利用技术创新的规模效果原理，设计了技术创新的合理制度。
The paper studies positive and negative impacts of firm size on technological innovation,and reveals the principle of opportunity and risk gaining considering in decision making of technological innovation between different firm sizes.Case studies have deducted the increasing effect of firm size in process innovation and decreasing effect in product innovation.Using the principle of scale effect of firm to technological innovation,rational systems of technological innovation are designed.
