摘要
针对ERP系统实施成功率不高的现状,提出了营建适宜环境的措施。一要明确实施ERP的现实意义;二要扎实做好五方面的基础工作。
The essay puts froword measures to build appropriate environment in dealing with the current inefficiency of the execution of ERP system.One is to be fully aware of the practical sig nificance of the execution of the ERP;the other is to make efferts to do the f ive basic jobs.
