工程造价管理在我国的建设工程中,起到有效地控制工程造价投资,实现建设项目达到预期的经济效益和社会效益的重要作用。我国“入世”后,由于工程计价、定价模式的不同,在行业竞争中,我国的工程造价管理面临着较大的冲击。就我国加入WTO后工程造价管理受到影响的具体方面作了一些基本描述,同时对工程造价管理适应“入世”后的竞争形势所应采取的对策作了一些探讨。

In Chinas construction projects,t he cost management plays an importan t role in effective control of building budgets,and realization o f the expected economic benefit and s ocial benefit.After joining WTO,Chinas construction cost management will be faced with strong impact due to the d ifferent codes of project calculation and price fixing.This paper provides so me basic descriptions of the specific influences,and suggests some corre-sponding strategy and measures to be adopted for the competitive situati on.
