摘要
利用锆基催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸正丁酯 ,确定了反应条件。同时根据非等温变体积条件下的动态法液 -固相反应的特点 ,导出了反应速率方程。计算结果表明 ,邻苯二甲酸正丁酯合成反应服从二级动力学模型 ,表观活化能为 111.87k J· mol- 1 ,频率因子为 1.82 98× 10 2 8L· mol- 1· min- 1 。
Dibutylphthalate has been synthesized with zirconium base catalyst, and the suitable conditions of reaction have been determined. According to the catalytic characteristic of dynamic method, the equation of reaction rate has be deduced under the non isothermal and volume varying conditions by kinetic calculation.It was proved that the synthetic reaction is consistent with the secondary dynamic model, the activationenergy is 111.87 kJ·mol -1 , and the frequency factor is 1.8298×10 28 L·mol -1 ·min -1 .
