气体搅拌下微分萃取过程的传质及流体力学性能的研究

Study on Mass Transfer of Extraction Process and Its Fluid Mechanics Characteristics

在装有静态分布器的萃取塔中 ,对有气体搅拌下的水、煤油 (苯甲酸 )萃取系统的滞液率、气含率和传质系数进行了实验研究 ,从而得出气体搅拌下传质更充分的结论。分析了滞液率、气含率和传质系数的影响因素及分布规律。

The gas holdup,dispersed phase holdup and mass transfer coefficient of extraction system in a extraction column with static mixer were studied.The conclusion was drawn that the mass transfer rate can be greatly improved under the gas agitated condition.The influence factors were also studied.
