Study on Synthesis of Fructone-B Catalyzed by Noibic Acid

以铌酸为催化剂 ,由乙酰乙酸乙酯和 1,2 -丙二醇合成了苹果酯 -B ,考察了影响收率的因素 ,其最佳条件为 :乙酰乙酸乙酯与 1,2 -丙二醇的比为 :1:1 5 (mol/mol)、催化剂用量为反应物质量的1 5 %、带水剂用量为反应物体积的 4 2 2 % ,反应在回流温度下进行 ,反应时间 2 5h。收率达 83 4 %。

Fructone-B was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and 1,2-propanediol using noibic acid as catalyst.Various factors that effect the condensation yield were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:ethyl acetoacetate:1,2-propanediol is 1.0mol:1.5mol;the mass fraction of catalyst is 1.5%;the volume fraction of agent to remove water is 42.2%;reaction temperature is reflux temperature,reaction time is 2.5h.The yield is above 83.4%?
