摘要
采用反应精馏新工艺由环氧丙烷水合制丙二醇。该新工艺特点是能提高产率 ,降低能耗 ,减少设备费用。利用数学模型 ,对反应精馏过程进行模拟计算。计算值与实验值相吻合 ,对丙二醇工业装置设计工作具有指导作用。
A new process of Hydration of propylene oxide to glycols was introduced. The characteristic of this process is able to increase the productivity, decrease energy cost and decrease equipment cost. The procedure of reaction distillation was simulantly calculated by using mathematics model. The result of calculation which is agreed with the laboratory value could be guidance for industry plant.
