软段结构对聚氨酯酰亚胺结构与性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Soft Segment on the Structure and Properties of Polyurethane-imide

摘要 分别以聚乙二醇 ( PEC)、聚已二酸丁二酯二元醇 ( PBA)及两者的混合物作软段溶液聚合合成了三种类型的聚氨酯酰亚胺 ( PUI)。红外光谱证实了聚酰亚胺硬段的存在 ,TG分析表明聚酯型 PUI的热稳定性高于聚醚型 PUI,DSC及 X射线衍射实验表明聚酯 PUI及聚酯含量较高的聚醚—酯混合二元醇作软段的PUI中有微晶区存在。研究 PUI的应力—应变行为发现 ,聚酯型 PUI具有更高的弹性模量及断裂强度 ,聚醚—酯混合型 PUI随软段中聚酯含量的增加 。 Three typs of polyurethane-imides(PUI) were synthesized with polyethylene glycol?poly (butylene adipate) glycol and the mixture of them as the soft segments respectively by solution polymerization.IR spectra proved the formation of PI rigid segment.Tg analysis indicated polyester-type PUI and polyether-ester-type PUI with higher polyester content as the soft segment contained microcrystalline domain.Stress-strain properties revealed that the polyester-type PUI has higher elastic modulus and breaking stress.The elastic modulus and breaking stress increases with increasing fraction of polyester content in the soft segment.
