摘要
通过宏观检查、化学分析、扫描电镜及俄歇电子能谱分析 ,对某进口校直机下辊主传动齿轮箱部件的锈蚀原因进行了分析。结果表明 。
The rusting failure of components of the main driving gear box of an imported alignment machine was analyzed by visual examination, chemical analysis, scanning electron microscopy and Auger electron spectroscopy. Results showed that relatively higher humidity in the inner gear box was the main cause for the serious rusting.
