Comparison of Analysis Methods for Electroless Ni-P Plating Bath

从理论、操作、应用结果等方面比较了化学镀镍液中Ni2 +、H2 PO- 2 和HPO2 - 3含量的几种容量分析方法 ,经校正和归纳 ,提出了一套适合实验和生产中测定镀液中主要成分及镀层中磷含量的分析方法。

Some analysis methods are compared in the aspects of principles, operations and experiment results, by which the concentration of Ni 2+ , H 2PO - 2 and HPO 3 2- in electroless Ni P plating bath can be determined. A set of methods which is easy to operate and suitable for examination and production is recommended to determine the concentration of main components in the bath an d P in the coating.
