摘要
介绍 ET系列精脱氯剂的制备方法及性能。该系列精脱氯剂可将原料气中 HCl和 H2 S含量脱至 0 .1× 1 0 - 6 以下 ,ET-1型精脱氯剂和精脱硫剂在 70°C时的穿透氯容和硫容分别为 8%和 2 5% ,ET-2和 ET-3型精脱氯剂在 2 50~ 4 0 0°C和 1 50~ 2 50°C时的穿透氯容为 2 0 %~ 30 %。
Preparation and performance of ET series fine chlorine-removal catalysts are presented. These catalysts can make the content of HCl and H 2S in raw material gas less than 0 1×10 -6 The penetrating HCl capacity and H 2S capacity of ET-1 fine chlorine-removal and sulfur-removal catalysts at 70 °C are 8% and 25% respectively and the penetrating HCl capacities of ET-2 and ET-3 fine chlorine-removal catalysts at 250~400 °C and 150~250 °C are 20%~30% respectively.
