摘要
从合成环孢菌素A (CsA)免疫抗原的目的出发 ,研究了CsA与 4 苯甲酰苯甲酸 (BBa)在紫外光激发下的光化学反应。确定出最佳反应条件为 :n (CsA)∶n (BBa) =1∶1,光照距离为 9cm ,光照时间为 4h。产物CsA -BBa的收率达 5 1.9% ,其结构经UV、IR和HNMR谱的证实 ,可用于免疫抗原合成及抗体制备实验。
To synthesize cyclosporine A (CsA) immunogen, the authors studied the reaction between CsA and 4-benzoylbenzoic acid(BBa) under the ultraviolet radiation. The optimum conditions of the reaction were n(CsA): n(BBa) = 1 : 1, irradiation distance 9 cm and irradiation time 4 h. The yield of CsA - BBa conjugate was 51.9% and its constitution was confirmed by UV, IR and HNMR. It could be used for the synthesis of CsA immunogen and the preparation of anti-CsA antibody.
