摘要
研究了强力霉素合成工艺中的Pd/C催化剂的再生方法 ,以及醇的种类、用量及回流时间对萃取、再生效果的影响。实验发现 ,1g使用过的Pd/C用 6 0mL甲醇为萃取剂 ,回流萃取 6 0min可以达到满意的再生效果。新制备催化剂催化反应时强力霉素的产率和反应的立体选择性分别为 77 7%和 87 0 % ,而再生后的Pd/C催化剂的相应参数分别为 75 9%和 86 3%。
The present article relates to the regeneration of Pd/C catalyst used in the preparation of doxycycline by extraction with different alcohols in various amounts and refluxing times. Good results were obtained through extraction of 1g used Pd/C with 60 mL methanol at boiling point for 60 min. When newly prepared catalyst was employed, the yield of doxycycline and stereoselectivity of reaction were 77.7% and 87.0% respectively while the same parameters of regenerated catalyst were 75.9% and 86.3% respectively.
