摘要
精馏控制是非常复杂的 ,其方案亦非常多。以一个典型精馏塔为例 ,应用多级递阶结构 ,按照关联平衡的协调原则 ,将精馏过程分解为回流量调节、物料平衡与能量平衡等三个子系统 ,并以回流量作为协调变量 ,去操纵物料平衡和能量平衡 。
The control of rectification is very complex and there are many plans for it. an example of a typical rectifying column have been taken as example, which multi level structure were adopted, and the concerted principle of interaction balance were determined, the rectification process into quantity of reflux control, matter balance and energy balance and the quantity of reflux was used as variable harmonize to control matter balance and energy balance, then the optimal control of rectifying column has been realized.
