摘要 用氨基甲酸铵直接水解的方法,在总氨浓度2.6~6.1 mol/L,温度5~35℃范围内,进行了水解动力学研究,获得对氨基甲酸铵为一级的水解反应速率常数表达式及反应活化能。按照本文提出的“介稳”态模型,对工业碳化塔进行了剖析,得出了在氨基甲酸铵水解阻尼下碳化主塔的合适操作温度范围。 The hydrolysis kinetics of carbomide was studied by direct hydrolysis of carbomide at a total ammonia concentration range of 2.6~6.1 mol/L and a tempreature range of 5~35℃ respectively. The hydrolysis rate constant for carbomide, in respect to carbomide as a first order reaction, was obtained. According to the "metastable state" model proposed in this paper, the industrial carbonation column was dissected. The suitable operating tempreture range of the main carbonation column damped by hydrolysis of carbomide was obtaind.
