摘要
论述了单组分聚氨酯密封剂的合成方法 ,讨论了聚醚分子量、填料含量、催化剂用量等对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响 .选择合适的多元醇和多异氰酸酯 ,以适当的比例合成的弹性体性能能和国外产品相媲美 。
The preparation of the onecomponent polyurethane sealant was studied. And the molecular weight of polyether, the content of fillers and catlyst on the properties of the polyurethane sealant was also investigated. Selecting the suitable polyol and diisocyanate, with the appropriate proportion, the sealant could be synthesized. And its property is as good as that of the same products made in foreign countries. And it can also meet the demands of industrialization manufacture.
