摘要 本文首先绘制了GaPO4 晶体在 (10 0 )、(0 10 )、(0 0 1)三个主晶面内慢度分布曲线 ,计算了声速的最大值 ,并与水晶进行了比较 ,发现GaPO4 晶体的声速普遍小于水晶的声速 ;其次还探讨了GaPO4 晶体压电系数d11及机电耦合系数k11随空间方向变化的规律 ,得到了GaPO4 晶体d11、k11的最大值及其方向 ,并分别和水晶进行了比较 ,发现GaPO4 晶体的d11和k11都远大于水晶的。这些结果将对GaPO4 晶体在压电器件和声光器件的设计、开发及利用等方面具有一定的理论指导作用。 In this paper,the curves of slowness in (100),(010) and (001) for GaPO 4 have been plotted.The maximum of acoustic velocities and their directions have also been gained,and compared with that of α SiO 2.Crystal orientation dependence of piezoelectric constant d 11 and electromechanical coupling factor k 11 have been calculated phenomenologically.The maximum of longitudinal piezoelectric constant d 11 and electromechanical coupling factor k 11 are obtained.The orientation was also determined.It is found that the d 11 and k 11 of GaPO 4 are much larger than that of SiO 2 and the velocity of acoustic wave is smaller than that of SiO 2.These results will give certain directions for the use of GaPO 4 in piezoelectrical and acoustic optical devices.
