摘要
氧化反应器是制备氯化法钛白粉的核心设备 ,反应器内的混合特征决定了产品性能。文中采用示踪法研究了四氯化钛氧化反应器内径向射流混合特征 ,探讨了射流环开孔结构和动量比等因素对射流混合效果的影响。结果表明 ,射流环开孔结构对混合效果有重要影响 ,复合开孔结构的混合效果比均匀开孔结构的好 ;增大动量比有利于提高射流混合效率 ,对于开孔尺寸小的射流环此影响尤为明显。
The oxidation reactor is the key equipment in titanium dioxide powder production by chloride process,and the properties of titanium dioxide powder depend strongly on the mixing characters of the gases feeding into the reactor.The process of jet mixing in the reactor was studied with tracer technique and the effects of the opening structure on the wall of the feed ring and the momentum ratio to the jet mixing were analyzed.The results indicate that the main factor affecting the mixing is the opening structure,and the complex opening structure is better than the uniform opening structure.Increasing the momentum ratio is profitable to mixing operation,but it is more efficient to those jet rings with smaller openings.
