摘要
经过热力学计算 ,推导出适合低温变换工艺Co Mo系催化剂控制反硫化反应H2 S的极限值、热点温度和汽 /气三元数学关系式 ,其理论值与实际工艺控制的参数相吻合 ,它对低变工艺实际操作具有指导作用。
The mathematics formula including the three variables of H 2S limit value,the temperature of heat point and the ratio of steam to coal gas has been obtained by the thermodynamics calculation,which fits for inverse sulphureting reaction used Co Mo catalyst in the technology of low temperature conversion.The calculated value fits in with the condition of technology in the practical process.The formula enables to instruct the actual operation of the low temperature conversion process.
