摘要
以水稻为材料研究了 PEG和镍处理对组织培养细胞再分化及其磷酸脂酶活性的影响 ,结果表明 1 8mg/ L或 30 mg/ L PEG,1 0 mg/ L Ni Cl2 处理 1 4d均能明显促进细胞再生 ,但 2 0 mg/ L Ni Cl2 处理降低细胞再生能力 。
Effects of PEG and NiCl 2 on culture cell regeneration and activity of both acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase in cells of Oryza sativa were investigated.The data indicated that treatment with 18 mg/L or 30 mg/L PEG and 10 mg/L NiCl 2 for 14 days promoted rice cell regeneration and enhanced the activity of both acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase,but treatment with 20 mg/L NiCl 2 for 14 days reduced the cell regeneration and the activity of both acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase.
