摘要
本文用 Fura/AM荧光法和钙离子选择电极方法分别测定了急性重复缺氧小鼠脑细胞内和全脑匀浆液中钙离子浓度。结果表明 ,与正常对照组相比 ,所有缺氧组的脑细胞内和全脑匀浆液中钙离子含量明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,但是随着缺氧次数的增加 ,却未见明显的钙离子浓度的升高。这些结果提示 ,在急性重复缺氧这种缺氧预处置中 。
To investigate mechanisms of hypoxic preconditioning, whole brain and intracellular calcium concentrations in preconditioned mice were compared with control mice. Cerebral hypoxia tolerance increase was accompanied with a significant elevation of [Ca 2+ ] i as detected by Fura2 fluorescence as well as the whole brain's calcium free ion contents in the first run of hypoxia exposure. No apparent elevation in calcium content was seen during the successive exposure to hypoxia. The results indicate that down regulation of calcium increase may involve in neuroprotection during hypoxic preconditioning.
