摘要
将膨润土和酸作用,制备活性二氧化硅,并用 X 射线衍射、电镜对其物相组成和结构形态作了分析。简述了以蒙脱石,凹凸棒石为原料制备活性二氧化硅的原理及活性二氧化硅的结构和形态。
The octahedrons of montmorillonite and attapulgite can be gradully dissolved by acid,of which metal ions dissolved form corresponding soluble salts.Because most of metal oxides have been dis- solved and taken suction by acid,the colloidal silica with great reactivity can be prepared.The puri- fied bentonite is firstly treated by alkali in the paper and then reacted with acid to form a colloidal sili- ca without crystobalite.The activated silica prepared by a reaction of montmoriUonite with acid has small flake and a external morphology similar to primary montmorillontie.Residual Al—O octahe- drons in activated silica as a form of partial replacements exist in Si—O tectrahedron sheets which re- mains a microlayer structure.The activated silica prepared by using acid to treat attapulgite has mor- phology and microlayer—chain structure similar to primary fabric attapulgite.
