摘要
针对综合ATE系统的实际情况 ,以LabWin dows/CVI为例 ,介绍了DDE (DynamicDataEx change ,动态数据交换 )的概念及其在测控软件开发中的应用。实践证明 ,通过对软件系统的结构规划 ,运用DDE技术可以大大提高测控软件的开发效率 ,降低因程序错误而导致的ATE硬件及UUT损坏的可能性。
Based on LabWindows/CVI, the concept of DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) and its application in development of UUT test program are discussed. The practice indicated that via software structure layout, using DDE technology, software development efficiency can be improved greatly, and the possible damage to hardware of ATE system and UUT can be avoided.
