摘要
按苏南地区龙潭组的特征及地理分布,以江阴砺山一线为界划为东、西两区,东区龙潭组发育较全,分上、中、下三段,西区仅有部分残留,并将西区龙潭组与东区龙潭组下段对比。
According to sedimentary characteristics and geomorphic distribution of Longtan Formation,the sedimentary basin of the Late Permian stage can be divided into two subbasins.The boundary is Jiangyin—Lishan ridge trending nearly north—northeast。The eastern part Longtan Formation is well developed and has three members.The western part Longtan Formatin is incomplete of which only part of it was left.Through stratigraphic correlation,the paper finds out that the western part Longtan For- mation can be correlated with the third member of eastern part Longtan Formation.
