It is one of the hottest research area of GIS on how to integrate Web and GIS technology to browse and to analyze spatial information. Based onthe analysis of several resolve planes of WebGIS today, a conclusion can be drawn that the transition of map data in the format of image between clients andservers by HTML restricts the performance of WebGIS.This paper then proposes a schema based on SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) and Component technology to resolve this problem. ;;;;
