摘要 过程在现代企业工程中占有重要地位。过程可分解为子过程 ,子过程又可分解为一系列相关的活动。在传统的过程中 ,这些子过程和活动不可避免地存在着冗余和资源冲突 ,从而影响过程的效率。过程集成就是要克服影响过程效率的各种障碍。本文提出了过程集成的一种定义 ,分析了过程集成的各种层次 ,提出了过程集成的前提条件 ,以及实现过程集成的框架 。 Process plays an important role in contemporary enterprise engineering. Usually a process can be decomposed into sub-processes and sub-process can be decomposed into a set of interrelated activities. It is unavoidable to have redundancy or non-value added activities/sub-processes and conflicting in resource utilization in traditional business processes, which affect the process efficiency. The overwhelming reason for integration is the need to overcome all the barriers which affect process efficiency. This paper proposes a definition of process integration, analyzes the states and levels of process integration. Then the preconditions and an implementation framework is presented. An illustrative example is provided.
