Part Information Field and Its Algorithm for Enabling Design for Manufacturing

提出一种零件信息场模型表达方法 ,介绍了虚拟零件空间和信息场的概念 ,以及虚拟零件信息场算法的实现。该算法是解决各类零件结构工艺性评判问题的有效方法。

This paper presents a part-field modeling algorithm. The concept of virtual part space and implementation of the virtual part information field algorithm are introduced. The proposed method is effective in evaluating various manufacturing problems associated with product stuctural shapes. Application of this method is illustrated with examples.
