摘要
IEEE1394是一种串行总线标准，它通过提供一个高带宽、易使用和低价格的接口，将电脑与电脑外部设备、各种家用电器连接起来。文章主要介绍了 IEEE1394总线标准，着重分析了 IEEE1394电缆和接头、体系结构、性能特点等，探讨了 IEEE1394在数字视频、海量存储、家庭网络和无线通讯等领域的应用，最后指出了 IEEE1394未来发展趋势。
The IEEE1394 is a serial bus standard. By providing a high bandwidth、 easy to use and low price interface, it connects computer、 PC peripherals and consumer multimedia products together. This paper mainly introduces the IEEE1394 serial bus standard. It analyzes IEEE1394 cable and connector、 architecture、 main performance and characteristics, discusses its applications on Digital Video、 Mass Storage、 Home Networking and Wireless Communication, at last points out the develop trend of IEEE1394.
