摘要
建立了一个新的基于椭圆断层图像的左心室模型。该模型将左心室的断层面采用椭圆来描述 ,整个左心室就等价于足够密集的椭圆断层之和。将 C臂进行多次旋转 ,获得左心室在不同角度下的投影图 ,以数值方法求解出最佳的断层参数 ,从而计算出左心室的体积。实验证明了在左心室造影术中 ,该模型能够明显地提高左心室定量分析的计算精度 ,优于传统的椭圆体模型。
A novel left ventricular (LV) model based on a slice wise projection technique is proposed. Every slice of LV is represented with an ellipse, so the whole left ventricular is equivalent to a set of thick elliptical slices. The projectal images of LV can be acquired by rotating the C arm with certain angles. The best parameters of each slice are calculated with a computational method. Therefore, the volume of LV is determined. This model improves the accuracy of LV volume estimation theoretically and experimentally and performs better than the previous ellipsoidal model. The errors caused by the model are discussed in detail.
