摘要
面对经济全球化的趋势 ,制造业传统的制造模式已不相适应 ,文中提出了面向 2 1世纪制造业的基于 Web的客户化分布式网络制造概念。首先对这一制造模式的特征、系统结构、主要组成和功能及运作流程作了详细的描述。然后 ,对系统实现的关键技术面向分布式网络制造的合弄控制体系结构和分布式计算技术进行了讨论。通过原型系统的开发和部分技术、原理的实际应用 ,证明该技术对提高制造系统的敏捷性是可行的、有效的。
To meet the needs of the development tendency of globalization, it is necessary for the manufacturer to change the traditional manufacturing mode. A new idea of customer oriented distributed networked manufacturing is presented. It is very suited for the 21st century manufacturing. Firstly its characteristics, system structure, main modules and functions, and operational process are introduced. Then, the key techniques: holonic architecture for distributed networked manufacturing system and distributed object computing, are discussed. The efficiency and the feasibility for improving the manufacturing agility are proved in the development of a prototype system and an application case.
