摘要
针对国家自然科学基金项目评审的实际情况 ,设计了应用 AHP法评价受理项目的具体实现步骤 ,使项目的评审更加趋于公正、合理 .同时给出用幂法求最大特征值的一般性检验算法 。
In this thesis, using AHP method, a program for evaluating projects of national natural science fund is designed. It can make the evaluation more fair and reasonable. Meanwhile, a way of consistently verifying by power method for calculating a maximum feature value is given. Then the program can fit for evaluating any but limited amount of the projects.
