An Adaptive Learning Method for the SISO Fuzzy Logic System

摘要 基于对一种特定单输入单输出模糊系统特性的研究 ,提出了一种自适应学习方法 ,能够根据数据变化的强度及逼近精度的要求自动调整模糊规则的分析。方法采用最小二乘法对规则后件进行学习 。 This paper proposes a new adaptive learning method based on a study on the output features of an SISO fuzzy logic system. It adjusts automatically the distribution of fuzzy rules according to the tensity of data variation and precision of approximation. The method which uses the least square method to optimize the postcessors of rules achieves higher precision of approximation with relatively less fuzzy rules.
