摘要
文章从系统工程的角度精炼地介绍了CMM的概要模型和组成结构以及应用方法，力求反映CMM 1．1的主要面貌，力争使软件从业人员在最短时间内对CMM的认识有较大提高，结尾指出应用CMM中要注意的问题。
： In this paper，from the point of view of systems engineering，the main body and structure and application of the Capability Maturity Model for Software（CMM）are explained in a concise manner working hard to reflect main features of CMM．In the end some problems are pointed out through using the CMM．It is intended for software professionals to acquire some knowledge of CMM to a higher level in the shortest time．
