论文运用ERP的思想方法对企业的管理对象（资源）进行了分析，提出了流动的管理对象和静态管理对象的概念，并对他们的变化规律进行了分析，提出了通过三个应用层次来构造企业ERP系统的思想和方法。

： This paper analyses management object（enterprise resource）by using ERP theory，puts forward the concepts of floating management object and static management object．The paper also discusses the changing rules of management objects and gets new method to build ERP system structure by three application levels．
