摘要
针对采用锁相环倍频器构造同步电路的ZX5、ZL5系列晶闸管焊接电源 ,在实际应用中需要辨别相序接入电网的缺点 ,分析了原因 ,给出了无需分相序接入电网的改进方案 。
The paper is aimed at the ZX5 and ZL5 Series thyristor welder with a synchronous circuit of phase locked loop and frequency multiplier.When the welder is connected with the power system,correct phase order is needed,or else the device doesn't work well.In this paper,some reasons are analyzed,improvement proposal is presented and the validity of the proposal was verified by experiments.
