摘要
采用热分析、定向凝固 -液淬技术及金相定量分析、能谱分析和差热分析等手段 ,研究了钛盐和锆盐变质处理对高铝锌合金凝固特性的影响。结果表明 ,钛和锆能有效促进初生富铝相形核 ,减小其析出的过冷度 ,显著减轻合金的非平衡凝固倾向。
The effect of titanium and zirconium modification on the solidification behavior of high aluminum Zn Al alloy was studied by means of thermal analysis,unidirectional solidification and quenching,quantitative metallography analysis,energy spectrometry and DTA.The results indicate that titanium and zirconium can effectively promote the nucleation of the pre eutectic aluminum rich phase,reduce the undercooling of its separation and weaken the tendency of non equilibrium solidification.
