摘要
研究了 GS- Ⅱ 型水玻璃砂的溃散性 (出砂性 )及不同模数铸件的砂型温度场分布和砂层的色泽变化 ,并对烧结层进行电镜分析。结果表明 ,GS- 型水玻璃增强溃散剂扩充了普通水玻璃砂的溃散区域 ,提高了旧砂的回用率。
The collapsibility,the temperature distribution and the sand layer color variety of cast mould of GS Ⅱ sodium sillicate bond sand with the different of casting modules were studied,and the sand fired layer was analized by SEM.The results show that GS Ⅱ strengthen collapsing agent expands the collapsing range of sodium silicate bond sand,and increas the rate of the rupture sand.
