机引犁铧闭式型槽精密辊锻技术研究

Research on Technology of Precision Roll-forging by Closed Die Groove of Machine-dirven Plough Share

系统研究了机引犁铧闭式型槽精密辊锻技术。本文提出的型槽系设计方法及展宽系数公式 ,对于类似产品辊锻工艺设计有普遍指导意义。应用结果表明 ,该项技术先进、实用、易于推广 ,开辟了犁铧生产的新途径。

The technology of precision roll forging by closed die groove of machine driven plough share are researched systematically.The design method of groove system and wide extension coefficient formula proposed in the paper are very significant for roll forging design of other similar products.Industrial applications show that as a new way to produce plough share,the roll forging technique is advanced,practical and easy to be popularized.
