Fractal Discrimination of Toughness-fragileness on Al-Fe-Si In-situ FGM by Centrifugal Casting

用离心铸造法制备了一定意义下的 Al- Fe- Si自生梯度功能材料。用分形方法测算所获梯度功能材料断口的分形参数 H,用以度量材料截面上韧脆特性的变化。

Al Si Fe in situ Functionally Gradient Materials(FGM)in definite significance have been fabricated by centrifugal casting. Determining and calculating the fractal parameter of fractures of the in situ FGM by means of multi scale fractal analysis, the variation of toughness and brittleness in sections of materials could be discriminated.
