The paper describes the method of sampling the relative humidity and the structure of an instrument of monitoring the temperature and moisture. With the software, it can finish multifunctions such as sampling the values of the temperature and relative humidity, outputting the controlling temperature and moisture signals, communicating with master computer and LCD display.
