摘要
合成了一系列具有不同烷基结构的均三嗪荒氨酸衍生物 ,采用热重分析对其热稳定性进行了评价 ,利用四球摩擦磨损试验考察了合成衍生物添加剂在菜籽油中的摩擦学性能 .结果表明 ,这一类添加剂可以大幅度提高菜籽油的极压性能 。
Several triazine derivatives were synthesized and their tribological behavior as additives in rapeseed oil was investigated using a four ball machine. The results show that these compounds as additives in rapeseed oil increase the load carrying capacity greatly. The derivative A as additive leads to a slightly decreased friction coefficient and almost unchanged wear scar diameter of the steel ball, while the derivatives B and C as additives promote the wear of the steel ball. Moreover, all the three derivatives start to thermally decompose above 170 ℃, indicating that they may be used for formulation of conventional lubricating oils.
