摘要
本文介绍了液力变矩器自动测试系统的软件结构及核心技术。在该系统中采用虚拟仪器软件的分层结构和接口技术,实现了测试系统的柔性组态;通过建立基于知识库的测量通道属性模型和传感器属性模型,实现了仪器硬件和传感器的可互换性;通过临界区加锁技术解决了多任务并发进程和数据库共享的安全性问题。这些关键技术的应用,提高了本测试系统软件的可重用性,使用户不需要修改软件源代码就可以实现测试系统的升级、仪器及传感器互换和更新,大大减少了测试系统的维护费用,延长了它的生命周期。
The software architecture and kernel technology of automatic test system for torque converter are pre- sented.The system software is constructed according to the hierarchy architecture of virtual instrument software for flexible reconfiguration of system.The attribute models of measuring channel and sensor are established for the interchangeability of instrument and sensor.Locking critical section technique is used for the security of mul- titask intercurrent process and share database.These kernel techniques can raise the software reusability of test system.User can upgrade the test system,interchange instruments and sensors without modifying the software source code.The system maintenance cost is greatly reduced and the system life cycle is extended.
